This shorter example of our monthly NewsHour science animation illustrates how bubbles rise differently in Champagne versus other carbonated beverages. Our team decided to create a shorter looping animation that focuses on a specific mechanism instead of our usual voiced videos. This clip was also featured on the NewsHour broadcast.
